I had two appointments with Ben Ousey, as I'd hurt my shoulder. After the first appointment the pain/discomfort improved considerably and, after the second appointment, my shoulder feels right as rain.Mr Ousey is a very skilled practitioner and clear communicator - I was able to talk things over with him, which really helped me to keep track of developments in my treatment.It's great to have someone of this caliber around! I would certainly recommend him.

Very good service from everybody here. I had been struggling with sciatica for several months. Had 3 visits with Summeara who identified the cause and helped with a treatment plan. 3 visits and I am now pain free.

Without Tom my life would be unbearable and not worth living.I travel from the Isle of Wight to see him because he is so good. He is very disability aware and has a level access treatment roomI have had 3 failed lumbar spine surgeries which cause severe pain and restrict all activities of daily living.Thank you Tom for enabling me to attend family events and playing with my friends grandchildren.

I have been sceptical about chiropractors and osteopaths for years from various bad experiences and also from their lack of standard medicine practice. For the first time I was not just pleasantly surprised but wowed by the professionalism and expertise of Mrs S Bedford at Iffley Turn Practice in Oxford. She heard in detail all of my issues and where the pain was, worked on me with techniques I never imagined possible and shown me immediate results in my movements. It was a great experience from start to finish. If you are not sure , sceptical or suspicious about 'these people', this place is where you need to step into. The cost was also not as eyewatering as I initially assumed either!

The care I have received over the years at Iffley Turn Practice has been exceptional. Summeara, in particular, is an excellent osteopath. After her sessions I find that I instantly feel better. She is highly skilled, and also compassionate and takes the time to know her clients. She has helped me manage various musculoskeletal issues, particularly neck and shoulder pain. I had two sports / physio massages with Serhii who was great. Very friendly and attentive and really listened to me to try out what was wrong with my back and how he could help. My honest review of iffley turn practice.Since 2021 I've suffered with cervicogenic headaches which are extremely painful & have caused me to suffer anxiety & depression.Shortly after being diagnosed with the mentioned above I was in desperate need of help & here's where (iffley turn practice) comes in.The staff at the ITP we're amazing especially the gentleman Ben ousey who was the person who genuinely turned my life around physically & mentally, I honestly don't know where I'd be now without the help of Ben .Five star's are not enough, so from my experiences from this place are nothing short of life changing, if you are struggling mentally or physically do not hesitate to contact IFFLEY TURN PRACTICE, It will change your life , it did mine .I'll be forever grateful for there help .

Tom Bedford is amazing! Within two appointments over 5 days he fixed my back. I was in so much pain and unable to walk or sit but he worked his osteopath magic and I am so so so much better. Tom is incredibly calm and thoughtful and explains everything really clearly as well as gives you the information you need to be able to help yourself. The clinic is clean and modern and quiet. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Summeara for Osteopathy. I had an ongoing problem with a pain in my temple for which my GP initially put me on Steroids, thinking it might be Temporal Arteritis. It wasn't thank goodness. Finally it was suggested it might be a 'mechanical problem' so I made my appointment at IT.I had had this condition for about 6 months by now but it only took 4 sessions with Summeara, and her targeted neck and back manipulation to free up the nerve that was trapped within my solid muscles. It wasn't painful or unpleasant and we chatted happily throughout my sessions. I'm so relieved to be free from the pain. Thanks again, I can't thank you enough.

I have attended Iffley Turn Practise for many years whenever I needed treatment. Ben my osteopath is a warm friendly professional man whose treatment I trust completely. I always feel better on leaving and get relief from my pains very quickly. If any females are worried about stripping off I would like to say I wear leggings and a vest over my underwear for modesty and this does not interfere with Bens treatment.

I’ve been a patient of Tom’s for many years now, seven to be precise, and in every instance I’ve had to visit Tom at the clinic to deal with my lower back issues he ‘s always managed to resolve the underling cause of my lower back pain. In no small measure Tom has had a big influence in the way I approach my musculoskeletal health promoting the importance of physical exercise and body movement. This has reduced the number of lower back spasm episodes significantly, which has given me better quality of life.I cannot speak highly enough of Tom’s knowledge and professionalism. I have had other treatments elsewhere and rate Tom at the very top.

The treatment I've received from Tom Bedford for my intermittent lower back pain has been absolutely first-rate - both in easing the symptoms and giving helpful advice to reduce the risk of future problems. I have suffered with lower back pain since my first child was born nearly 9 years ago. I tried absolutely everything to find some kind of relief, I had physiotherapy and acupuncture I saw a chiropractor and an osteopath (elsewhere) recieved MRI and CT scans with nothing showing, I then had three sacroiliac joint injections but still nothing worked for me. I then lost 4 stone in weight in the hope my back pain would ease. Still nothing! A family member recommended Tom Bedford to me and after just one session my back pain had gone completely. I then had two more sessions with Tom and I can honestly say he has changed my life. Thank you, Tom.

After 18 months of constant hip and groin pain and a ridiculous amount of scans, Physio and antibiotics and still no diagnosis for my pains, I went and saw Tom Bedford at Iffley Turn Practice who pretty quickly suspected I had a labrum tear in my right hip and suggested I had an mri arthrogram to specifically look for this issue. Well he was absolutely right and I am now due key hole surgery to repair the issue. I am so glad I went to see him.Easy booking system, Tom was great, welcoming and friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Ben is my hero. I was suffering from acute pain in my left temple, jaw and had sensitive teeth. I was maxed out on painkillers. My 5 years old daughter had cricked her neck out of sudden with extreme pain which we had to take her to A&E. Half of her body locked down and couldn’t move. After A&E’s treatment, the pain went, however one of her right shoulder was much higher than her left, her spin was in ‘S’ shape.Summeara from Iffley Turn Practice took her on the same day after soon after our A&E visit. With her treatment, my daughter’s symptom had significantly improvement. On the second day, my daughter’s body back to normal. She was amazing on dealing with my daughter’s case. She was patient, friendly and being flexible with bookings.

I went to Summeara last December following a fall down the stairs at home. I had pain in my side, she diagnosed fractured ribs and helped me to be able to breathe. She was so professional and attentive, even called me the following day to see how I was feeling. Last week I was playing tennis and did something to my knee so yesterday I had an appointment with her to see if there was anything she could do as I was having trouble standing and walking. Following a massage of my leg I was 95% pain free… Summeara is an incredible person and practitioner, her manner is so gentle and caring, she takes the time to listen before forming an opinion and then treats the issue. I would thoroughly recommend her for any aches and pains before running to a chemist for painkillers. Can't wait for my followup treatment next week.

I would strongly recommend the osteopathy treatment at Iffley Turn Practice. Each treatment I had with Summeara significantly eased the stiffness and tension in my upper back and neck after having injured it. This also gave me greater mobility. I was able to discuss with her exercises that I could do in my own time to ease the discomfort, which was very useful.

Big thank you to Summeara for the treatment and exercise routine she gave to my son. After struggling all season with muscle and tendon issues pulling his heel out of alignment he was back on the pitch today at the Charlbury Tournament after five weeks of barely kicking a ball. To watch him play you would never know he had been away, to see him score a cheeky lob over the keeper from just inside the opposition half was priceless.

My lower back was very stiff and painful and with a little manipulation and massage from Summeara it made a huge difference.
The new venue is light and airy and relaxing. I love this place.
