Clinical Psychologist working with Adults and Children | Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist | Systemic Individual, Couple and Family Therapist | Systemic Clinical Supervisor
I was born in New Zealand and did a BA in Psychology at the University of Auckland. I trained on the Oxford Clinical Psychology Training Course from 1988-1991, and with the Oxford Family Institute and Oxford Brookes University as a Family Therapist from 1996-1998. I trained as a Systemic Supervisor at the Tavistock Clinic from 2007-2009. I have been employed in the NHS for almost 30 years.
I have worked in a range of specialist areas including Adult Addictions, Adult Mental Health and Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS). I have considerable experience in Fostering and Adoption services as well as working with problems such as anxiety, depression, school refusal and trauma.
In recent years I have worked in Children’s and Adult Psychological Medicine services at the John Radcliffe Hospital, in particular, providing Systemic Family Therapy within the Children’s Hospital, for children with physical health problems and their families.
I am Professionally Registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and the UKCP (United Kingdom Counselling and Psychotherapy), and work within their Ethical Guidelines and Requirements. I am also a Registered BUPA Mental Health Care Provider.
I work at Iffley Turn Practice on Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Fees
Individual Sessions : ( Adult or 1 parent or child, 1 hour) : £90.00 (1.5 hours, £125.00)
Couples Sessions (1 hour) : £110.00 ( 1.5 hours, £150.00)
Parents, Child+ Parent or Family Sessions (1 hour): £110.00 (1.5 hours, £150.00)
