Before I starting seeing Heather for regular acupuncture, I suffered from migraines 2-3 times a month. Thanks to this treatment, I haven't had a migraine for over 6 months now, which is such a relief. I have a monthly treatment now, more for my general wellbeing.

I had a course of acupuncture with Heather. She always listened carefully and along with being highly skilled had a kind, sympathetic and wholesome approach to healing. IF you want to do acupuncture but are scared of needles she is the right person to go to.

Tom got straight to the root of the problem - I had been suffering from neck pain for two months and it was getting worse. I could not look over either shoulder and I was experiencing headaches and pain in my right arm. I could feel the tension in my neck and knew that a trip to the GP would be a waste of time - I would be given painkillers, not a cure. After two sessions with Tom I am completely back to normal and feel as though I am walking on air.

My son had been misdiagnosed with short achilles tendon for years. After discovering this we tried to get help in the country we live but success was marginal. As my daughter was very happy with the treatment Tom Bedford had given her, we made an appointment with Summeara. I was impressed with the progress she achieved in just three sessions. My son stopped twisting his ankles and knees when walking, started walking with his knees apart and can even run well. His mood improved and he is smiling more frequently now. I have used Tom since 2007 and the first thing I do when I arrive every summer from the U.S. is to make an appointment to sort out my pain from several surgeries. I ALWAYS feel much better! I've never found anyone as good as Tom--from the U.S. to the U.K. Thank you!

I had suffered from pain in my lower back for a prolonged period of time and it came to a head when I was reduced to tears in a yoga class. A friend recommended that I see Tom for some treatment; after one session the pain in my back had almost completely vanished and after two I felt like a new woman. Since having treatments with Tom I've been back doing things that I had avoided due to the constant low level pain that I was suffering. An excellent practitioner who, unlike some others I have come across in the past, doesn't encourage you to undertake any more treatment than you actually need. I have no qualms about recommending him, or the practice, to everyone that I know.

The service was so friendly. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. I laughed all the time on the table - and had a good conversation about the world. When I walked in I was in pain from back ache and my right ankle was swolen. After a couple of sessions I had more mobility and less pain Summeara was helpful with a medical report and I thoroughly recommend her.

I had an car accident and got neck pain after the accident. After sent an email i decide to come in person to get more information. Luckily Tom's free this afternoon, so I had my treatment right a way. It was quick and effective. Like tom said, it was painless!

I came to see Tom with a back pain that I had grown used to living with for several years, it made me grumpy and miserable and I thought that it was something that I had to live with. After three treatments with Tom I am pain free and this has changed my life considerably.

I have had a pain in my hip for around five years and this would begin to hurt after walking just one or two miles. This would cause me a lot of discomfort and as a keen golfer this would often trigger during the middle of a round; which was quite unpleasant and distracting. I saw the Osteopath Tom and explained that the pain was like a severe ache that would increase with distance and continue to hurt for the next 24hrs. Tom had an idea to what the problem might be (tight muscles deep inside my buttock) and sure enough after examination this was the diagnosed cause. Tom worked to loosen the muscles and gave me a stretch to complete at home three times a day (30 seconds each time) until our appointment a week later. I played golf pain free for the first time two days later and found all week that the pain in my hip had decreased by around 90%. Very good - informative of what has happening and reasons for pains and movements. Located problem quickly and my pain was relieved before i even left the practise. I was given stretches for home treatment also. Professional, I felt comfortable and in safe hand. Definitely recommend this practise. Secretaries were friendly and helpful also.

Tom’s treatment has and is helping me to find a way through my chronic pain which was the result of a serious traffic accident. With his quiet encouragement I have started running, and greatly increased my movements with the expectation of regaining full movement in my neck. He is supportive and clear in what he expects with regard to exercise and posture. His treatments provide immediate lessening of pain. Bliss! Somehow, his messages get through to me and in turn it seems through to my rather stuck physical responses, wiping the network clean and re-educating my body/brain. Flare ups are less, and when they do occur I intuitively know how to relax my systems and regain equilibrium and mental positivity. When I have mentioned any reports that I have read on orthopaedic injuries or the psychological treatment of chronic pain suffering, he has always interacted with my comments in an upbeat and intelligent way. It has been a very positive experience for me.

I have never needed any form of " Osteopathy", until recently. I had suffered a stiff lower back on and off for 6-8wks, as the problem was not getting better, I made an appointment with St Clements Osteopathy Practice. The problem was identified on my first visit and treated straight away, the results were immediate and after 2 visits my stiff back was no more. Thank you for a very, very professional service
