Mark Kelly is a professionally trained chartered physiotherapist and a martial arts instructor. Mark has been a senior specialist musculo-skeletal physiotherapist at the Manor Hospital in Oxford for seven years. During this time he has gained valuable experience in that field and has had the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned consultants.
When injured by trauma, surgery, or repetitive strain, the body’s natural reaction is to protect that area through pain, swelling and decreased movement. Physiotherapy aims to relieve these symptoms and assist recovery. Mark uses a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise prescriptions and thorough biomechanical assessment. Mark has a particular interest in human movement with additional qualifications in spiral stabilisation and movement analyses.
Areas treated include: sports injuries, back and neck pain, work related problems, pre/post operative surgery and joint pain.
