The physiological changes experienced during pregnancy support the development of your baby and although these changes are completely natural, they can sometimes lead to aches and pains for you.

During the treatment your therapist will listen to your concerns regarding any tension or pain and then deliver a tailored and unique massage or treatment. To make you comfortable you may be given additional cushions or towels. You would usually lie on your side, particularly in late pregnancy.
