Our own registered Osteopath Ben Ousey is also a meditation trainer who believes that Mindfulness can benefit anyone who is willing to give it a try. A number of peer-reviewed clinical studies have demonstrated that practicing Mindfulness techniques regularly can have lasting health benefits. So how to start?
Ben also has created a guided meditation video so that you can learn and practice Mindfulness techniques yourself at home. Mindfulness doesn't need to involve a huge time commitment. While you can attend paid-for classes or seminars with Ben at St Clements or with other reputable practitioners within Oxfordshire to learn the techniques, there is no need to spend any money if you would like to make use of online resources.
