Nicky Middleton is a level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist qualifying with the Oxford School of Sports Massage and has worked with Oxford University Varsity Rugby Clubs and Oxford University Women's Lightweight Rowing Club. Having participated in various sports including triathlons and football, an active job and being a dad, Nicky knows the benefits massage can have to improve lifestyle and performance. As well as massage, he also believes in using more advanced soft tissue techniques such as a form of passive stretching called muscle energy technique, soft tissue release and trigger point therapy to maximise treatment, improve mobility and promote recovery. Nicky is a member of The Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM) and The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA).
