Our cancellation policy

We do require 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation of an appointment or we will charge a cancellation fee. Please note that if you make a booking within 24 hours of your appointment you will still be liable for the cancellation fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment.

So please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment, or even if you are running late – we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
