Talking Therapies in Oxford

Talking therapies offer the opportunity to explore problems such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, chronic health issues and other life stressors in a supportive, non-judgemental and collaborative environment.

Our qualified therapists have worked in a number of specialised areas including addiction and adult and child mental health, and are also experienced in working with the LGBT community. They draw on a range of approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), systemic therapy and psychotherapy to aid emotional healing and long-term change.

Talking therapies are available for individuals, groups, couples and families.
